Got any idea aprox how far i might expect to go on IT ....
Before im getting low on fuel
I dont know the displacement , it was listed as 1350but im thinking thats high
4 speed trans, fat bob tanks
I know theres no way you can tell me exactly , just looking for a rough idea
It's a shovel, right? They were 80 cubic inch (at least in the later years). Same as my evo, although it's a 5 speed.
I usually start looking for gas after about 100 miles. I've done 140 miles without going into reserve but it was pretty thirsty! And that was across prairie... mind you I think I also had a pretty good headwind. Hilly country and twisties and any other time you're up and down through the gears or into/out of the throttle will suck up more gas.

Every bike I've got, (Evo, 88, and 96) goes close to 200 miles on a tank. The 96 goes around 230-240, it has the 6 gallon tank. I don't have a fuel guage on the EVO, so I fill it up at around 100-150.
