Default Pulled the trigger on the Handy + access.

After my personal disappointment with a purchased, then returned motorcycle jack for my Ultra, I did some serious "best price" shopping.

I'll have it all in about 2 weeks or so.

1. Handy S.A.M. 1000 (orange & black). This is the best pic of a custom color version I could find on the net. - $1035.00

2. Handy Wheel Vise (black) - $125.00

3. Handy Universal Scissor Jack - $125.00

^^^^ Shipping & no taxes (freight, Iowa to Las Vegas) - $125.00

4. K&L Shop Dolly - $223.99 (different vendor, free shipping)

Total = $1633.99

A lot more expensive than a "motorcycle jack", but..........

I think I'll be very pleased with my decision when I first set it up and 5-10 years down the road.

Mike @ www.broadwaylifts.com (he worked the numbers very nicely for me)

Looking forward to posting pics of my Ultra sitting on the dolly (dolly wheels removed of course) on the lift.

Very nice. Did you get the side extensions like gman has? If not, be careful the first time you ride your bike onto the lift. There is not much room to put your feet down on the lift table next to the bike, and you most likely won't be able to get your feet on the ground next to the lift. I leave my side extensions on all the time, not just for the quad.

+1 on the side extensions. Much safer to get on and off, plus they come with a long stabilizer pipe to make the whole lift much more stable. Give the bushings a shot of grease, and hook up the air(100psi max) and you will be good to go.

When I bought my Handy years ago they didn't offer the rear drop out.

Could someone take a detail shot of this? I would like to modify mine.

will try to get you a shot. the table just has a lip that the drop out panel (the red one in the pic) sits on. nothing to exotic.

There is no comparison between a jack and a lift. You will be very happy with the lift. Well done.

Garage is all ready for the Handy lift...maybe someone could photoshop the red/black S.A.M. 1000 into the pic for me? LoL.

Called Handy today and changed from the orange/black to red/black....it'll match everything else.

Still have 2-3 weeks before she arrives.
