Headed to Daytona this wed. Been hearing a lot about this massive fine for vertical tag mount. Does anybody know how hard they are looking for this? Should i flip mine horizontal? There's got to be tons of these there on bike week!!
what officers look for and ticket most times are:
1-raising of either wheel..wheelies/stoppies.
2-super loud pipes..those people that rap and rap their pipes.
3-once stopped they look for proof of $10,000 insurance if you are NOT wearing a helmet.
You can show your medical insurance card for number 3..
No motorcycle endorsement can cause bike to be towed and possible ride to station.
**eye protection is mandatory..sun glasses or clear glasses at night...

Daytona is my stompin' grounds. Yes, the Police ARE pulling you over for Vertical Tags and especially Loud Pipes.
It's not so much the Police pushing this agenda, but the Government-heads. Cops get their barking orders from City/County Leaders.
So be on the lookout.
See you at Daytona.
