Harley loves selling their clothing line, just like any other brand. Who cares what he wears, no different than if he wore a Steelers shirt and never watched a game. I know alot of non riders you wear Harley stuff because they like the designs.
Once Again I have no problem with that at all. It is just when he bashes HD riders, says they are unoriginal and then wears the HD gear
maybe the OP would but his friend my may outrank him. lol
I had a buddy who use to wear a Marine hat all the time with a nice Eagle, Globe, anchor pin on it, everyone use to ask him if he was a Marine. he wasn't, just a poser. same for your buddy.
thank you for your service also. hey my son wants to do tats, he'll do yours for free, no garnutee on how it will come out ,lol
Plus 1 !!! Your service to our great country is very much appreciated.. I'm an old Seabee so I sort of like you guys..
Cheers!!
As for harley clothes, yea ok I admit I do have some HD branded stuff, mostly t shirts but I have a leather and hooded sweatshirt as well... Thing is, if you peek in my garage you'll see my ultra, my wife's sporty, and finally her Buell Blast so the way I see it, if I wanna wear a harley shirt.. I'm gonna wear one..
One of my joys, while out touring, is to stop at out of town dealers and buy a shirt. They are getting a little spendy though. But if a buddy or anyone that looks like an NFL lineman comes riding up on a cushman wearing a harley T, I'm not saying sheet
I had a neighbor that rode a Suzuki and wore all the Harley gear right down to his wrist watch. I always thought that was funny too. I also have some cousins that wear it all to, boots, shirts bandanna and they have never owned a bike of any kind. If they pooled their money together they couldn't afford to buy a tire. But hey they look cool!!
It is ignorant to whine about people who wear logo's of a product that they do not own.
How about sports team logo's. The wearer of team shirts do not have ownership in the team they just are a fan. The same is true of of any logo for any product.
HD intended that their licensing to product makers of the logo would be sold to none HD owners for the most part. It keeps brand awareness out there and makes HD money.
I had considered it mandatory that I have an HD eagle decal in the back of my 4X4 trucks for decades before I got my first HD. Now that I have many HD's in the garage, I don't have a decal on the 4X4.
