Ever Seen This Sissy Bar Insert? RARE ONE!

Anyone ever seen this HD Sissy Bar Insert? Buddy of mine tells me he bought it from his local dealer for his '83 FXR back in the early '80s. I've never seen one like it and can't find anything about it through internet searches. The thing weighs almost 1-1/2 pounds!
Any and all comments are welcomed and appreciated...

I have an 87 fxr in the shop right now for a bunch of work and it has one on it also. We sold them at the dealer in the mid 80's

Yes, it does mount with bolts! Here's a couple of shots mounted on a tall sissy bar.

ahh....I see now. bolts at the bottom.
Bet those are pretty scarce.
