Thunder Beach lodging

A few of us are going to head up to Panama City for the Thunder Beach rally next month. Just wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for some fairly inexpensive lodging nearby. We prefer a clean mom-and-pop type place rather than one of the bigger resort types. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

We have about 6 bikes going but I can't recall the hotel,friend of mine made reseverations. All I can remember it's by Sharkey's.

There is an Americas Best Value inn by Sharky's.... We stayed there in 08, it was a little less than $100.00 a night. Its older than a lot of the big condos on the strip, but it was clean and the service was very good.
