does anybody know if a 21" wheel will fit a 05 dyna superglide custom...has a stock 19" wheel now

A 21 x 2.15" wheel with a 90/90-21 tire will fit. If you try to put a 21 x 3.25" or 21 x 3.5" with a 120/70-21 tire then you will have to change your front fender to accept the larger tire.
