Default First Aid

Do you carry a First Aid kit? If so, how complete is your kit?

I carry little more than a few band-aids and a small amount of aspirin.

What about you? What are your thoughts on this?

Always carry a 1st aid kit. Several good compact ones available at REI, Aerostitch and many other outlets. Mine has cold packs, tourniquet, antiseptics, bandages, and Ace bandage, Pepto and more.

Never used it. Hope never to have to...I do replenish the kit with new stuff once a year to make sure it's fresh and works if I need it.

I carry an REI hikers first aid kit with some extra stuff thrown in. It's pretty small, doesn't take up much room and nice to have.

I carry a small but pretty complete kit. Have to say something that people don't think about but is an awesome thing to have in there is a bottle of super glue with the brush. you can close a pretty good cut with super glue.

I have a ziplock freezer bag in the saddlebag with bandages, alcohol wipes, band aids, tweezers, scissors, and rubber gloves.

I'm like Dennis the freakin' Menace when I head out. Flashlight, water, knife, tools, zip ties ...
