Default Narrow beach bar and riser ?

I am trying to use the below set up, but as you can see from the picture part of the knurl is showing. Even if I turn the top part of the riser around then the knurl shows on the other side. I have heard this is the set up on a 2005 CVO Fatboy (not sure if that is correct) and should work.

part #56857-05 Narrow Beach Bar
part #56851-04 Riser Kit

Does anyone know why this is happening?

The bars are 1 1/4. I assume that clamp is for a 1 inch handlebar?
I haven't been able to find any 1 1/4 inch risers that would fit with a clamp like that or any clamps that are 1 1/4 inches.

I have a 1-piece clamp on mine, but since it's sort of a tapered "V" shape, a little bit of the knurl shows. Wild1 has a clamp with squared sides that will cover all of it. Are your bars 1 1/4 all the way? Most of those have smaller diameter grip locations and clamping area.
