@Hugues77: you are not the only on alone from France now!

I also get screwed by Doug: I have ordered some items mid-december and I'm still awaiting them.

I tried to get in touch bu mails and even phone but now answer at all.

I'm afraid we lost our money; BadAssChrome sucks !
