Look under the primary case. There's a little screw. You'll need an allen wrench to undo it. Drain the oil (sit on the bike and hold it upright for a few minutes.)
Replace the O-ring, put some oil on the screw and put it back in. I believe 07 and later baggers do not have a removable inspection cover anymore, so you will have to fill oil through your derby cover. Make sure your derby gasket is OK before putting it back on. Carefull. This is for softails. Could be that baggers are different. Never had a 2 bedroom condo on wheels, but this is the best I can do for you.

Remove 5 T27 Torx screws to free the clutch inspection cover from the primary chaincase cover.
Remove the magnetic drain plug at the bottom of the primary chaincase. The drain plug can be removed with either a 1/4 inch allen head or 5/8 inch open end/box wrench.
Drain.
Clean drain plug, check O-ring and replace if damaged. Install drain plug and tighten to 14-21 ft-lbs.
Pour in 38 ounces fluid of your choice through clutch inspection cover opening.
Check seal ring on inspection cover and replace if damaged.
Reinstall cover on the primary chaincase tightening the five screws with a T27 torx drive to 84-108 in-lbs.

This is pretty much by the manual.
+1... Make sure you go in a star configuation when tightening the derby cover.
