Unbelievable, a great day of riding turns into tragedy for those involved. And only because someone wasn't paying attention. Very sad indeed.

Heard about it at work today and just watched the news report. Nothing about why the driver did not stop or what he was doing except they did not suspect he was impaired.

The pictures and video are simply unbelievable. Prayers for the survivors and all the families.

Terrible! Prayers to all those killed or injured and to their families. What an idiot! Even in my truck I am usually watching my review mirror for some idiot. On my bike, always watching! especially if it is a road with no turn lane.

A partner of mine was hit and run there in Phoenix too years ago, broke his leg.
His woman had to fly down there, rent a Uhaul and bring him and his bike back.
Bad drivers. I wouldn't go or ride there if I was paid.

My Sister in Law was in the Walgreen's they mention in the article. She said the scene was absolutely horrific and surreal. She lives just down the street. I have ridden down Carefree many times.
