I was 27 when I got my first fatboy. However, there were so few people near my age to ride with that I really noticed. I kept it for 2 years and eventually got a sport bike. Recently got another harley this year and at 37 seem to have alot more in common with HD riders than I used to
I was in the same boat. Got mine at 23 and there were no other young HD riders to be found and most of the young chicks only seemed to be interested crotch rockets. I was disappointed on that end, but I had been lusting after Harleys since I was a teenager. Now I see younger guys riding Harleys all the time. The late model sportsters have really hit the mark with that crowd on style and price.
