Damn flush mounts!!
Since my gas tank is not full and some of the LED's don't work, I just went to the gas station to fill up. Now the cap won't pop up!!! I couldn't get it to open and just rode home.
I'm pissed at these POS parts. By far the biggest waste of $$ of any accessory parts I have added.

Ye, that sux. I was going to buy a set but was steered away from them by some guys on this forum. Sux cause I love the way they look. The local dealer has been trying to sell them to me for the past year. I noticed the other day that they have installed the ones they had on the wall on a new bike. Guess thats one way to get rid of them.

Wow, I'm glad I spotted this thread. I have them still in a box and was going to install them in the next week or two on my Deuce. Maybe I'll skip them and send them off to eBay.

I wanted the Harley brand flush mounts but the parts guy at the dealership refused to sell them to me. He claimed they were a POS and virtually ever set they sold were returned by unhappy customers. It got to the point where they would not even order them for a customer until Harley changed suppliers. The quality just wasn't there.
