Just thought i would let everyone know NOT to buy anything from www.demonscycle.com. Bought a billet headlight from them. Headlight came everything on it was plastic. The headlight mount that mounts on the frame was plastic. When i went to screw the bolt in to mount it on the triple trees the threads in the mounting hole were all jacked up (already stripped out)
So i called the customer service number and the guy says " its an electrical part there is nothing i can do for you " and then he hung up on me.
I just don't understand how I have bought so many parts from them and never had any issues. Demons gets slammed on this site. I honestly love dealing with them. They carry an unbelievable amount of products, some are cheap and some are very high in quality. Basically you get what you pay for. As far as customer service, all my emails have been answered within a few hours. They are always very helpful and polite. The quick shipping is like clockwork, 1800 miles and here in three days from time of purchase. I don't know maybe I am dealing with another Demons Cycle, but until I have an issue I will continue my business with them. I'm not disagreeing with your experience just sharing mine.
yep, i was looking at picking up a rolling chassis and thier prices seemed awesome for their rolling chassis packages then i started googling reviews, decided it was better to pay the extra and get a rolling chassis package fro ma company that is respected by its customer base,
I know there are several posts on here about their service, thats exactly what I said in my message. As far as research, I deal with the company all the time and never have had problems. Maybe someday I will and then I will agree. It just frustrates me that one out of 1000's gets a bad part, they slam the company. I have seen several recalls on Harley's, we still buy them and put up with dealers and service techs, but we never bash the good old moco. Hell we even buy their tshirts to show our support.
