08 bobber problem need help ?

Default 08 bobber problem need help ?
just took the taillight off my 08 bobber,installed the brake light turn signal kit . the problem is i had the circuit board undr my rear feender and tire rubbed wires . i cut the wires moved the boaed and wirirng under my seat but now the turn signals work nut no running lights or brakes. is it possible the circuit board is bad ? anyone have any ideas? i am stumped i want to replace the board but wanted to ask before i just start replacing parts.any help would be great .

Did you disconnect the battery before cutting the wires...
