Most important as you are not hurt or maimed. Now get that braods info to every patrolman you know so they can pull her over every time they see her and cite her for littering and no license.

Just got a call from Mt. Cheaha H-D.

Repairing the rear fender, replacing the light bar and replacing the saddlebag rails ...(drumroll)...$656 + tax on the parts. Far less than what I thought it would be. They are tearing down today and getting the fender to the body shop. ETA on repairs..."about a week". Now lets hope that the little gangsta girl comes off with the money she owes.

Don't know how it is in TN, but up here liability insurance is mandatory. Seems to me that insurance companies should be required to notify the state when a person's policy expires and is not renewed. That person should receive a visit from law enforcement and if they cannot show proof of insurance their car should be impounded until they show a valid policy.
