Sorry to hear the news. Glad your alright and it was a low speed incident.

The uninsured is why I carry a 300K uninsured motorist rider on my insurance.

I can't believe any state would allow a driver with no license, no insurance and no ID period to drive away with a ticket! Her *** should have gone directly to jail.

Sorry to hear about your scoot. Man, that blows. How the Hell was she allowed to drive away without a license or insurance? That doesn't sound right.

i just got rearended three weeks ago 02 roadking classic engine upgrades and factory old shool paint set. 19 year old in pos car. think she was texting . her insurance wants to total my baby. the bike really doesnt look bad . rode home with tire rubbing was at my drive.most damage rear and frame. hell i dont know what to do out of beer.

I can vouch for that - I've had multiple un-insured a-holes hit my vehicles in Oklahoma. They're now pushing for a state law which will result in people having their car towed and impounded until they can provide proof of insurance.

Last time I was rear-ended and pushed into a truck by that vehicle, my bike was totaled. 1 y/o EG Classic.

He had no insurance either...ecept on paper. Turns out it was a fake.

Glad you were not hurt. Bikes can be replaced or fixed.
