I wear my Aerostitch suit if it's cold or wet out, the rest of the time it's plain old Lee dungaree carpenter jeans. The trick is not to fall down.........

I wear the Diamond Gusset Defender jeans with Kevlar in them. Fit nice and I treat them like any other every day pants. They had then to fit my short legs... Only draw back is the cost but they do put them on sale ever so often.

I have a pair of Draggin Jeans but find that in the summer heat sitting on kevlar is a lot like sitting on sandpaper.

I'm more concerned with impact injury in a spill than with skin abrasion, and found after a lot of research that the BMW City Pants most suit my needs. They are made of a denim/cordura blend, and have hip and knee/shin armor, a built-in belt, and zippered pockets as well as a velcro cargo pocket which a pocket holster would fit perfectly (if I carried a pocket holster, of course). They also zip down and velcro around the cuffs. For me, the perfect riding pants. Not cheap at around $200 or so, but as is usually the case with BMW, you get what you pay for.

You have guts to ride in Korea. Every time I drove a cage outside of Osan I was scared. The Koreans are not good drivers...

I'm a commuter rider to the tune of 750-1000 miles a week and I'm an ATGATT rider. It's gotten too hot to wear leathers here in Atlanta already, so I decided to try the kevlar jeans route. Got the Sliders jeans, but they were cut a little funny for me..almost like hip-huggers. Sent them back.

Luckily there's a local retailer of Draggin Jeans, so I was able to try them on. The classic cut fit me a little better than the relaxed fit. Both are pretty comfortable, alot like the fleece lined jeans i wear under my chaps in the winter. They are a little hot sitting in traffic, but MUCH better than wearing chaps over jeans.

Where is the kevlar lining located in the draggin jeans. From the website looks like its only in the azz and knees. That leaves a whole lot of skin unprotected from road rash.

That's why they sell Kevlar liners.
