You beat me to it! The punk got what he deserved. And as for the post after yours that said he'd sue, are you fugging kidding? you run to momma and sue everybody people are the reason we have punks like that in the first place!! teach em to be MEN, not how to avoid concequences of their actions! PLEASE
I think you better read my post again, I don't believe that I said anything about suing anyone? I said I would have pressed charges, there's a difference. You can't go around punching people in the face just because you don't like the way they drive.

He should have pressed charges against you. I would have.
You could always do that. Some people would, of course, take that personally and give you a lot more than a punch in your little nose.
I've spent 23 years in law enforcement or law and I've still never gotten over my dislike for most people who need the police (or lawyers) to handle their problems for them.

This is a tough call for me. Hindsight is 2020, and I still don't know what I would have done in this situation. I do know however, if I were the OP, I wouldn't loose any sleep over busting the little ******* in the face though...... Especially now that ya got away with it!
brenn... I've often wondered how LEOs can keep a straight face when answering some of the 'whoosie' calls they must roll on... nice to know we think alike on that subject...
What's the alternative...punching the guy in the face and then punching out his window?
I'm sure I could easily articulate to a jury why I unloaded my .40 caliber Glock into the face of a lunatic that had just assaulted me, and then just punched out my window with his bare fist to continue the assault. This crazy biker was obviously trying to kill me, and I had no other options. How tough of a sell do you think that would be to a jury?
Here is another fine example of what has gone wrong in society.
"..I had no other options." Well, yes you would have had an other option, man the f*ck up.
"How tough of a sell do you think that would be to a jury?"
Let's see? My client, and her now deceased husband felt their safety and potentially their lives were being endangered by the defendants ongoing wreckless driving. After the deceased had given the defendant several opportunities to pass and motioned for him to do so, the defendant felt it neccesary to continue to endanger them both. At this point my client's husband felt it absolutely neccesary to do something to protect his wife as well as himself. Upon approaching the vehicle to express his dismay with having his wife as well as himself repeatedly endangered, the defendant further verbally encite my clients husband. Her husband then struck the defendant with a SINGLE punch and also struck his window a SINGLE time. The defendant was then too big of a throbbing vagina to either take the *** beating he deserved or defend himself with equal force. Instead the defendant opted to be a complete p*ssy and empty his weapon into the face of an unarmed man.
Guess society really has become a group of complete panty wastes. Either be a man or put the damn dress on.
