Spray some lube on the rubber parts of the exhaust hangers. If the chirp goes away you found it. If thats it, a permanent fix would be to loosen up the mounts and retighten. If that does not work install new rubber parts.
This would be the first thing I would check because it it so easy. If that is not it go on to checking the belt, etc.
