have a safe trip, i'll see ya when ya get down o nthis end. oh when you hit victoria, if you have the time head t oa little town called sooke, its about 15 min outside of victoria on the west side of the island. place there called Sooke Potholes, its a provincial park, the sooke river runs through it and it has these gorgeous crystal clear water, and the "potholes" are actully sections of the river that in some of them are 20-30ft deep and a local hot spot for swimming and even some scuba. if you take a hlaf hour or so and a one of your wifes panty hose, walk about 15 minutes upstream of the potholes and start sifting the river sand with the panty hose and you'll be pleasently surprised with what ya can find
