I had the same problem years ago. I took star lock washers and put them on every cable and connection. They dig into the metal a little better then regular lock washers.

Being all the grounds and cables are tight and clean then it points to the battery. Low battery voltage/current flow will cause the starter soleniod to click. This points to a weak battery. Battery needs to be load tested to see if it needs to be replaced.

Battery will be weak because it's reach the end of it's life. Generator system not charging. Electrical short causing battery to drain down.
