I haven't insulted anyone during this thread.

It just seems that telling us how "I'm leaving work at 5am and will be lane splitting..." to be useless info.

Maybe I can start a thread detailing my next bowel movement...before it happens.

PA and Ohio plus state your gives illegal immigrants ID. Or they use illegal ID. We need Arizona law support here in this state. Look at DC's taxi drivers no english there.

LOL. I was just thinking that. Funny how when the cops set up DUI check points, they end up arresting more people with suspended or no license, than they do DUI's

Here they run over and kill people before they find they don't have a drivers license.

And you think someone needs a License to drive? They just get in the car and go. No license, no insurance. Happens all the time here.

I am lucky here in AZ... the Diamond (HOV) Lane 99% of the time is moving twice as fast as the regular lanes. And if they are all stopped, I just get off the freeway.
With stop and go traffic, here in socal, you have to watch the reviews constantly. Scooting in between the cagers, at a reasonable pace, is the safest option.

Stop and go traffic does not always lend itself to a safe distance between you and the cager you're following. Leaving room to scoot out, when trouble comes from behind, brings me back to my simple point. It's my responsibility to control my destiny.

The "Prima Facie" is just a part of how Laws are used in California. I just didn't want to go into a long dull explanation of how the laws are used here in California.

Here is the Legal Definition of "Prima Facie" as defined in the California Law Library.

priˇma faˇcie (prī'mə fā'shē -shə, -shē-ē)
adv. At first sight; before closer inspection: They had, prima facie, a legitimate complaint.

adj.
  1. True, authentic, or adequate at first sight; ostensible: prima facie credibility.
  2. Evident without proof or reasoning; obvious: a prima facie violation of the treaty.
[Middle English, manifestly , from Latin prīmā faciē : prīmā , feminine ablative of prīmus , first + faciē , ablative of faciēs , shape, face .]

This is my typical morning commute, heavy stop 'n go. Wish I could take the bike to work..........you'll need to lay on your side to appreciate this. I'm still new with the Android. Next time I'll hold the phone horizontal.
