Default HD - Fort Lauderdale, FL - Good /Bad

Good morning, Guys.

Will any of you; whom had dealing with the above dealership, tell me how YOU would rate them at on a scale of 1-10; 10 being the best for the typical things: customer service, honesty, etc.
I've not dealt with these people before and would like to know other's opinions before I decide whether or not to deal with them.

Thanks

Ride In Peace

I've been in the one on US1 2-3 times while visiting my dad in Pompano. Bruce Rossmeyers. http://www.brucerossmeyerh-d.com/
Make sure to stop next door for breakfast at the Original Pancake House. Delicious! Anyway, I bought a couple of small items, nice place, friendly but not pushy at all. I was there a couple of weeks ago a I struck up a conversation with a salesman named Tommy "T" Tremaglio. Great guy, knew I was just waiting for a table next door but had time to shoot the **** for 20 minutes. After we stopped I looked around for 10 minutes & when I was leaving he said "take care Ron, nice meeting you". I walked out with a smile. Ask for him & tell him Ron from NY who was waiting for a table next door 2 weeks ago says hello. BTW, there is a cool 09 Heritage with special paint job that was really nice on the floor. Kinda a bluish/purple & silver combo. It's not a stock 09 color. Nice & unique.

Here it is http://www.brucerossmeyerh-d.com/new...66&pov=1609056

I can only speak of the experience I have had with them which is limited to buying a new bike about 6 weeks ago (which they located and brought in within 2 days) and waiting for it to be built over that time.

You were not exactly clear....are you looking to buy a new bike from them or simply service one you already own?

Dealing with them has been much different than the last time I bought a Harley. Here you sit down with someone that specifically handles any customization you wish to do in an office and they work with you one on one on building the exact bike you want. I receive email updates as parts come in and they have been in constant contact with me regarding my build. I have been able to meet regularly with the tech and everyone there, from top management down, has been nothing less than absolutely professional and friendly to me.

With that being said.....at this time I have to give them a 10.

Liked Bruce for what he did for the kids but would never buy a bike or even a T shirt from on of his places. Check out Seminole HD up in Orlando - Jessie and Smooth are the best and price to sell lots of bikes not one or 2 with a jacked up price. Looked all over the south east and found these guys to offer the best out the door price over the phone. Good luck.

A friend of mine had a motor problem on his 98 Softail when he was down there on a trip a few years ago.

He was very pleased with the way they treated him even though he was a long way from home.
