Trust me its the Daytona. How do I know? Right now I am the proud owner of 5 helmets. I kept buying until I found one that fit.
I bought this helmet (now on my fourth) but keep getting that "parachute" effect on highway speeds. Did you notice this at all or have any recommendations to fix it? Before you ask, yes, I'm bald.... This is by far the thinnest DOT helmet I've found, has a great feel and looks great also.
BOLT of California, some of thier members wear hockey puck helmets. they look super silly, but they are making a point. might ask them?
What an effective way of making a point.
I'm sure someday a state congress person will see one of these Bozos wearing a hockey puck helmet, and say to themselves, " Hey, that intelligent looking person there doesn't seem to care for our helmet laws. I guess we better change them."

I will tell you this. When I bought my first Daytona based on their size chart it didn't fit as snugly as I would like and it did 'parachute'. So, I odered one size smaller and it fits perfectly. I push the helmet frimly down on my head and cinch the strap with moderate tightness. I can put my finger between the strap and my chin easily and still it does not pull up even at highway speeds. I have had this helmet up to 90 or 100 mph with no problems.

GOD i hope so!! these days a freedom fighter uses the system (becomes a DOT helmet manufacturer) and the tec available (cam everything!)
BOLT of Nevada has a DOT approved helmet manufacturer that makes DOT approved ballcaps. no kiddin, he send his "helmets" for inspection every year, and every year he gets his dot approval (they don't test his helmet, they get thousands a year to test, they only test about 100, the rest they just approve hopeing the manufacturer will just follow gudelines , even if they don't!)
and i hope you learned something today about freedom and the broken process.
