I know this thread is months old, but I'll comment anyway.
I was up to Timber Wolf a couple weeks back and had a very positive experience with the the parts dept - in particular Dave. He went out of his way to find a dealership that still had an older (obsolete) seat I wanted and supplied me contact numbers to make my own purchase. Saved me loads in sales tax and shipping.
When he found the handlebars I'd been told were in stock had actually been used for a repair job, (and not noted on their inventory) he ordered them and had them shipped directly to my house within five days.
Overall he did more than he needed to for my benefit instead of maximizing their profit. I'll be a return customer because of that kind of treatment.
