Rattleheaders

I have a thunderheader and no matter what I try the clamps inevitably come loose and rattle . They came with the bike and so I have no reference materials. I took off the front pipes shield and replaced the clamps I put them on loose and finished snugging after it reached temp. I noticed in addition to the regular tabs where the clamps go in , there is a single tab in the middle of the pipe at both ends. should there be clamps there also? or maybe mechanics wire? Has any body tried pipe wrap between the shield and the pipe where the clamps are? Any help would be awesome as they are driving me shithouse mad!

I found that the bolt on the back of the mont work loose and you can spin the spacer. Little thing but rattles like hell. I ended up using a lock washer and a locknut
