The Heritage Softail Security option now includes AntiLock Brakes (ABS) . . . and an increase in price for the Security option of about a grand . . . can't separate the two on the 2011. Otherwise it looks exactly like the 2010 I have now.

Interesting to see the Sportster line evolve more than the rest of the line.

I'd say the MoCo is doing their homework......

LOL! On a serious note you should check our the videos over on the Victory website....every Victory bike is compared head to head with a comparable Harley. Looks like Victory is coming out swinging this year.......

2011 CVO Street Glide in Kryptonite/Black Diamond, I'm drooling.

What else can I do with $33K? Oh wait, the stealer will tack on another $5K at least to that price.

Thinking I should just save my money and upgrade my present '09 FXDC, with a complete 103 kit w/pipes, tune, etc. And call it a day.

I'm so confused!

No you're not the only one. I couldn't be more underwhelmed. I had hoped for something exciting that I would want to trade in my '08, but I can see now that she's a keeper. The RoadGlide Ultra is something that some have been wanting, so for those people I'm sure they are happy. However across the board, it looks like slim pickens. Did you notice they dropped the base Sportster? No more 883 with the peanut tank? You must be kidding? So unless you like the Superlow or the Iron, your only option is the 1200? I think that was a poor decision on the part of the MoCo. That bike was priced right to get people into the market.

Market research.

The 2011 line is pretty deep at the top end (Touring bikes and CVOs) and at the low end (more Sportys than ever).

We're now seeing that generational split.

So they're targeting the people who managed to retire wealthy or are close to and entry-level riders or riders on a more firm budget in these times. Pretty smart to come up with a Sporty that isn't a "Dark Custom" but still oozes style (the Superlow).

Maybe a disappointing line to the Harley faithful who love to see new models, but it seems to reflect smart business.
