if i caught him i would of handled it than now its to late, not worth going to jail over alot of these guys on this kinda forum talk bad most are just reg guys who would run from a situation like that, having said that you don`t know for sure so just ask him tell him he is on vidio and he can pay for damage or go to jail

DO NOT...do not listen to these macho muscle heads. I was young and full of it once and my ride got vandalized. It can mess up your life.
Took it into my own hands..
Short and quick....first offender but aggravated assault with bodily injury...I was looking at a felony count and prison. Pled out to a misdemeanor and jail time, payment of medical fees, and probation.
