Default Re-maping

I ride a 2010 Tri glide. I have changed the mufflers and the headpipes no more cat's, air cleaner and re mapped. question is the re-map was done with the cat's still installed. Should I re-map again without the cat's and will I see a big diffrence.
Thanks

Default I can only relate my experience

with my 09 FLHRC. I just installed the V&H Power Duals. (from stock cat equipped pipe) Bike already had a stage 1 and a PCV map. Removing the cat has made almost no perceptible difference. The bike is a little louder but is runner much cooler and a lot faster without changing the map. Depending on your map, you probably won't need another dyno or map but it all depends on the map currently in your bike.
