during the week, about 45 miles a day to and from work, so about 225 or so. Then on weekends try and do a ride, anywhere from 100-200 miles. Dont always get to do that (honey do's stike)

ok some of you guys and gals really p!$$ me off I thought I was doing well
but after a little rithmatic I find I have only average about 27 miles a day since I bout my bike
got to get out more here in socal we can ride most every day
