Default I need cable length help! Please...
For 12" T Bars what length cables do I need for a softail? If you put 12" t bars or drags with 12" risers on your bike, no matter what family, what length did you use?

Don't quote me on this, although I believe one of the HD parts guys at my local HD stated that if I went with 12" Apes on my Fat-Bob I would need 4-6" longer than stock cables. Now mind you I already have 4" risers with an added 2" adapter blocks to give me a total rise of 6" plus my drag bars.

I just put this set of Apes on my '10 Wide Glide: p/n 56832-04A
I used 4" over Magnum Shielding Chromite II cables, good fit

I know the length needed for apes, but am not sure if they need to be as long for T-Bars. Thanks guys.
