does anyone know how good of speaker system is that harley is offering?

just wondering how they compare to other systems in this price range. I do like the way the amp is mounted so thats a plus
The wife said shes getting me a stereo system for the fatboy for xmas. is this worth the money (take off another 20% thanks chi-town hd) or should I be looking elsewhere? like the J&M system?

You might want to look at other units like this one before you buy. It is a new unit and HD so you know there may be bugs right from the start. The only thing that I would question is how many watts the amp puts out, it doesn't say in the listing for the unit. If it is pretty wimpy, you won't be able to hear it at highway speeds and unless you have a windshield, most likely it'll be hard to hear anyway.
Kuryakyn has the Sound of Chrome, there are units by other manufacturers to look at also, do a Yahoo search on Motorcycle Audio and look at what else is available.
