This happened about 2 blocks from where I work. Several people called me to make sure it wasn't me (all they knew was motorcycle fatality).

Dam that sux! This is getting more ridiculous with each reported incident.
Umm..but shouldn't it have said, 'Troopers said Cooper was northbound when the southbound pickup driven by Lindsay Wiersema of Elgin went off the highway. Investigators said Wiersema overcorrected, and the truck crossed into the northbound lane where it then crashed into Cooper who was completely in the right'

All these accidents, and no resolution. That obviously inferior driver will be back on the road, and probably will have no lingering affect to his record. Fact is tho, he killed someone else.
