However, the apes I REALLY like is this one from Carlini (check out the curved vertical bars). It's a 1.25", whereas my stock bar is 1", so I'm not sure it will fit (I sent them an e-mail to confirm). I am planning to reuse the riser and controls. Cost of the Carlini handlebar (without any cables, wires, controls, grips, etc) is about the same cost as the HCC handlebar and kit. http://www.carlinidesign.com/handleb...s/flyin125.php
I can't seem to find the web site for LA Choppers, Buffalo, or Cycle Smiths. I see a lot of retailers that sell them, but I'm looking for the actual manufacturer's web site. If anyone has them, please post them. Thanks.
FYI - so far, the only place I've found that ships to APO addresses is Hill Country Custom Cycles. I wonder why more of these places don't support our military?

I tried not to buy from folks that would not ship to FPO but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. I think I had my Carlini bars shipped to Okinawa this way.
Just an idea, costs a few bucks but its better than shipping it to a family member then having them ship it to you.

I had nothing but GREAT experiences with Hill Country Customs (HCC), and if you call them and speak with them in reference to exactly what you are looking for, they will help even more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO DEAL WITH ! They set me up with the Wild1 bars, and I could not be happier. The ones I got were not 1 inch though, so you might have to change out the riser to use the Wild1 or Carlini's. The HCC kit comes with a riser though....
