Occasionally my trip odometer comes up as 0 even though I didn't reset it. Then after riding for a while it will jump back to the previous mileage, going from 1-2 miles to 70 in an instant. Any idea what's could be the issue? I'm stumped.
Everything else seems to be OK, and I've only been stuck in the rain once which was about 3 months ago so I don't think it's a water issue. I'll check all the connections and grease them this afternoon and see if that helps.
And Blue, I've been keeping it under 88 lately so I don't think that's it either
New issue this afternoon. As I was riding the bike just cut off once as I approached a stop light and another time it cut our briefly and the speedometer instantly dropped (though my speed didn't change). Seems like an electrical issue so I'll dig into it when I get back in town Sunday. Thanks for the suggestions.
