Since I was doing that and flames are coming on my seat I would get the flamed upper fork covers to go with my seat and go have htem powder coated black. Well then I need to lower the front so I got that. It never ends...
What are the chances that my local shop will use parts that I purchase from someone else? The only reason I ask is that I am waiting on delivery of an '07 Road King Classic, and have a whole list of different parts that I need to order. I took a look and I can save a few hundred ordering from Chicago HD. The only problem is that I don't have the experience to do the wrenching myself (yet).
