Thats a Panhead Hydra-Glide. After the springer, before the Duo-Glide. Appears to be pretty original. I would polish that turd all day.

Id love to have a 65 electra glide. First year of the electric start and last year of the panhead... I think.

I wouldnt even polish it. Just make it mechanically sound and ride the **** out of it
