Yet another Ditto for Pat (Kustom Flames). He does a whole lot more than just flames! Work is incredible, price is hard to beat for such quality, and as a bonus he's one hell of a nice guy!

Give them a look see. Their website is really old and out of date. Reason being is he spends more time painting than messing around with the internet.

You didn't exactly mention where you lived. You're cost is going to obviously be dependent on what you want done, then add in the prep work, additional airbrushing if any. My suggestion would be to ask around where you live, check with your dealer(s) etc.
