No. There have been some really close calls, but no crashes.

Dumped the dirt bike many times when I was younger but to date I have never dumped or dropped a road bike.

Many times on dirt bikes (mostly on the road). The worst one was when I T-boned my cousin on his four wheeler as we were trying to show out and work up a stunt routine, hit so hard it flipped his four wheeler over on him, threw me over the bars, over the four wheeler and over him, landed in the middle or the road and slid about 40 foot. Luckily no broken bones for me, but my cousin did not fair so well, broken ankle, arm, and a couple of ribs plus a concussion.

Twice on the road.
1975 on my CL350 25mph, a guy drives straight across the road from his friend's driveway to his.
My head, (helmetless) goes through his camper window when I T-boned him. Dazed more than normal for me at the time, I checked my GF to make sure she was okay. Bike was totaled and his insurance paid.
CHP showed up and after listening to his BS story, ticketed him.

1984 on my stepdad's boxer 40mph T-boned a 17 yr girl in her mom's car when she ran a stop sign. I flew over the hood yelling B I T C H!!!! as I looked for a suitable landing zone.

Full face Bell helmet and backpack saved me alot of road rash. Broken right foot and totaled BMW boxer. Her mom's insurance paid.

By your definition never. I have had two slow speed single vehicle "crashes". Both while attempting to turn. The first, my front wheel hit some gravel in the middle of the road as I was turning left. The second was while it was raining. Too much rear brake and high sided. Rode away from both. Though I still have a scar on my knee from the high side.

Discounting motocross, I still ring up a number on aphalt. Can't remember how many playing cafe racer on a few different models. Had never in 47 years gotten more than scrapes. Never had an accident with a Harley and I wouldn't ride some of the choppers I owned if I had any of them today. Hand shift and marginal drum rear, need I say more?
That was until a 17 yr old girl decided make a left turn into her boyfriends ranch.
Doing 60, she finally saw me, stopped, blocking 3/4 of the road. As I went behind her my right shin got caught by the bumper and smashed pretty good.

I was 17... left a party pissed @ my buds, doing 50+ down a side street in the dark, hit a slightly raised manhole cover that took the grips right outta my hands, slid down the road awash in sparks and a pinwheeling bike for about 100'. Ground my knee up a bit, got back on & rode home, then mourned the damage to my '81 Suzuki GS550L the next day and started looking for parts.

Learnt my lesson, and have been a stellar defensive driver and avoided many a potential situation since then... I'm 43 now.
