That's exactly what happened. Damn hubcaps. I hate when that happens.
Actually I think its kinda cute when a girl say's something like that...one of life's "little moments". I know you chuckled inside when she said that....LOL.
Back in High School I got my car stuck in the snow, actually it broke through a rather deep pothole covered in ice...deep enough to were the front wheel fell into it and the frame was on the ground....I mean stuck. My girlfriend looks at me and says..."wheres your tow truck?"....I have never owned a tow truck, and had no idea where that even came from...I just pat down my shirt and back pockets like I was looking for something and said..."I must have left it at home". One of life's little moments.
About time someone shares how to get by with all the stuff ya'll make us spend money on
'Way back in the day I used to run my car at the local dragstrip, and was constantly "investing" in new parts to improve the car's performance. My girlfriend back then/my wife now always used to ask me if what I was changing would "make it go faster." Time hasn't changed the process - she still asks me the same question whenever I bring home something new for the car or bike, and I just give her a big smile. And, as always, she just smiles back.....
