The "Other's" really do like to piss on HD's...
I don't care what anyone else is riding - if its a good time for me (ie; not shifting or stopping in heavy traffic at the moment) I'll wave or nod at anyone else out there as a member of the "two wheel community" ... they get squashed just as quickly as harley riders if cars aren't paying attention so they've got as much membership as anyone

thanks - you beat me to it!
I say, so what?! live and let live.
-less emissions, smaller impact on environment
-great gas mileage (or electric, even better)
-cheap to purchase, tag, insure, maintain
-easier to operate than a motorcycle
(no, i dont own a scooter, or care to. just playing devil's advocate.)
at the end of the day, they (motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, cages) are all just toys. tools. things we use, not things that define us. who cares if someone's ride isnt "macho" or whatever, so long as it makes them happy?

. More like the days of being a kid on a bmx with no cares in the world other than mischief and riding with your friends - thats being free (other than being back in time for dinner so Mom doesn't take the bike from me for a few days
) . Yeah, I can definitely see why people would go for those especially if all they do is urban riding - <200lbs scooter is a better choice than an 800+lb harley, and with no tags and parking on the sidewalk you'd have no worries at all (as long as you don't give a sh%t what the "real bikers" think about your choice)

The day's events were shared here for the Humor in them...
I wasn't mad, I was amused (and thought I might amuse a few that read here)...
