I guess burying your head in the sand and hoping it will never happen is the smart thing to do.
I'm not the one running around with open pipes that are getting the negative attention.
my pipes aren't very loud either, but state or federal laws regulating this chit isn't cool. Leave it to the locals. And keep your head out of the sand too - we'd never do that in Texas.

I'm not for anyone telling us what to do. I don't want anyone telling me what to do either. I am not for the legislation that forces us to have stock pipes. All I was trying to do is explain what the AMA is trying to do about getting some regulated noise testing standards. We are not all wacko tree huggers in California and I don't agree with most of the **** that goes on here.

OK - I hear ya. Sorry - I probably got up on you more than I should've. Somehow, weird azz laws get pushed through in some places and CA is one of 'em. Hard not to hammer CA on account of it, but like you say, its not every last citizen that rolls thataway.
Dude, you don't have to join a group, You can start your own Abate!
I decided that Veterans need more help so this is what I'm doing. www.veteranbikebuild.webs.com

It's tough living in the only state that kept all the same career politicians in office. Just about every state in the union kicked the liberal ***** out except California - not one was defeated. Everybody I voted for lost. All the **** I voted against won. If it wasn't for the great weather and the only state that allows lane splitting - I would be out of here too. But I have three more years to go before I can retire on a nice pension so I have to stay. And I didn't mean to offend you either.
