I bought and installed a Bright *** Lights BAL-1 LED tail light today. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the whole experience - from the knowledgeable information given by the HD parts rep at HD of North Texas (Carrollton), to the install, set-up and, even more importantly, the quality of the product. I had always heard good things about BAL products and it's all true. It's the brightest LED I have ever seen from any after market vendor. The installation and set-up was so easy. After installing the gasket, it's a simple plug-n-play install. Each of the 26 braking options offer something different. I took a quick ride to the store tonight and I can tell a huge difference in the reflection from the view of my rearview mirrors. If you are in the market for an LED tail light, I highly recommend Bright *** Lights.
Dang for that price I could pay a midget to sit backwards and wave a stop sign. Dude glad your happy with it. If I had the bones I would put one on too.

So what is the vertically challenged persons name?
Definitely bright (hence the name) and $pendy, but can you put a price on $afety? BAL's come w/rave reviews & all it takes is a little less $$$ on other HD trinkets to afford one...
surely one of the copy cat overseas companies will be offering nearly the same thing for a lot less in the near future. i will wait a while.
You are right! We don't want to buy from an American company! What a silly idea! Just because they came up with the concept, marketed it and have turned it into a sucess. Why would we want to keep American workers employed?
Sounds to me like you should sell your Harley and buy a metric wannabe. After all "surely one of the copy cat overseas companies will be offering nearly the same thing for a lot less"
Sheesh....
