Think that means no springer front end models? 07 was the last year for the Heritage Springer. They didn't even show it in the parts accessory catalog or the sales adds that I can recall. Wondering if maybe its the springer front end as opposed to style of the bike.

I was not too crazy about the Crossbones or the Rocker. I still love my Deuce & it lasted 7 years which is sure a lot longer than them. Viva la Deuce!

I think the spring forks were a lot more expensive to make than it was to take a Showa fork out of a box. I watched them make spring forks at York several years ago and I was impressed with the amount of hand work involved. People apparently didn't see the extra value and weren't willing to pay for it. I love mine and I guess this just makes it more valuable.

Bring back the Low Rider. Maybe with a softail frame this time but with the original Sportster front end . . . yea including the cast aluminum cap over the headlight that they dropped for the 2006 MY. Loved my '79 and wish I still had it.

Part of the reason I bought my C was cause the majority hate them.
With some tweeks it can be a very cool bike.
I guess my ride is gonna be a collectable now
