Can't say I'll miss any of those bikes either. I was never a fan of the X-Bones at all. The Trike was an interesting vehicle, and a friend of mine has one and loves it, but, it didn't appeal to the masses, so I can understand cutting it from the product line. The Rocker was always "iffy" for me - I really liked it with the maroon color when it was chromed out, but the stock "plastic" look made it seem like some cheap corner ho. C'est la vie
As a result of our most recent review, we are announcing the discontinuation of three motorcycles for the 2012MY for all sales markets worldwide. The models listed below will no longer be in production beginning with the 2012MY:
* FXCWC SoftailŽ Rocker C
* FLSTSB SoftailŽ Cross BonesŽ
* FLHXXX Street GlideŽ Trike
Where did this information come from and is it reliable? The cross bones is a big seller and ***** G has his hands all over the rocker.
OP said STREETGLIDE TRIKE The will still have the Ultra and I personally know 3 make that four people in little old racine that bought one in the last year. Whether for health reasons or whatever they no longer felt comfortable carrying there passenger on 2 wheels. At least 2 of them still ride their dynas when solo. There will always be a place for them and since all HD does is provide the base for Lehman I think it will stay inthe line for awhile told the girlfriend if I ever get to that point I would buy one rather than give up riding.

Reason: ps
I rode a Cross Bones at a dealer demo ride last spring and was surprised at just how comfortable the bike was. The springy solo seat with floor boards and a good fit on the handle bars as well. How many of these bikes come from the factory with a good quality on the fit? I just didn't care for the looks of the bike. so I never considered buyig it. But if it's available for a demo ride, I'll ride it all day.

Test rode a the X bones a couple of times and if I had the dough for a second bike it would be near the top of my list along with the Fatboy Low. Never much cared for the Rocker and if I wanted a trike, I'd want the Tour Pac and lowers so the Tri-Glide wouldn't be in the hunt.
