I am not a fan of the Cross Bones so I vote Deluxe all the way. They are nice bikes and you can do alot with them. Hell my Grandpa turned his 07 Deluxe into a champion trike.
Put 30,000 miles on my Deluxe. Great bike, great ride. I got bored with the counter-balanced motor myself. My eyes said "yes!" but my *** said "meh...". I opted out for a Dyna and have no regrets. RKC would be a good middle ground probably. That said, I've seen some nice Crossbones, especially when people have done vintage mods. It needs a little more tweaking out of the box then a Deluxe for looks, but in the end I think it can look just as good and a little more distinctive. Don't see a lot of them and they always catch my eye.

I agree with what you said about the CrossBones looking distinctive! They are extremly rare where i live as a matter of fact i only ever seen 1 since they came out in 08. That really atracts me to the bike the fact that ill be one of the only guys rideing one around here. And now that there being discontinued for 2012 they will be very rare! I remember seeing that one i saw for the first time i was like check that bike out.. just looked so different to me.
Also i forgot to add their is tons of Deluxe owners around here. One of my buddies even owns one! Gotta do alot of mods to look different on one. If i did get the Deluxe i would be tempted to black it out and throw some apes on it.
