Went on my first Benift ride on Sunday . It was a bikers for babies run ,to benift premature babies .
It was really cool apx 1700 bikes . The support on the ride we had from bystanders was a good feeling . People holding up signs that said God Bless America and stuff like that . Ride was about 40 miles and moved well took about 1:45 . Just wanted to share .

average speed of 25 mph would have driven me crazy though. big groups with hundreds of riders are pretty dramatic, but sort of congested.
I was on a ride over the weekend with a scooter club who were riding 40 year old vespas and lambrettas in the 125cc to 200cc range, and they still managed to average 50mph on backroad hiways. they were some hard core riding freaks though.
