The scooters with the canopies are great for the city folks over there that just beebop a bunch of blocks to work.. plus where I saw tons of them was in Paris.. Hardly any parking, that I could see.. You can park these little scooters about anywhere. Even in hard rain they'd be on these things with rainsuits.. commuters to/from the office.
